Masturbation decreases sperm count: Some men think that masturbating decreases the sperm count. The truth is, there is no connection between masturbation and sperm count. The body produces sperm regularly so, do not take this myth as a fact!



You masturbate due to lack of pleasure: Well this is definitely a myth! People who are used to masturbate prefer it even after having sex. This is one of the ways to enjoy pleasure. Women too, love to reach orgasm and feel that both sex and masturbation are two different ways to satisfy yourself!



Masturbation is unhealthy: Who says that masturbating is unhealthy? There are many health benefits of satisfying oneself. It not only provides pleasure but also relieves you from stress. If you are lacking a sex life, just masturbate!
